To master GHL, I’d use their resources. I use their RUclips channel constantly. And then, of course, just use the software a lot. To master the business model of selling services based on HighLevel, I recommend my High-Leverage Agency program.

Zoom or Google Meet are just fine. The process really varies by customer; some have much for tech proficiency than others. I highly recommend that you do a live group training to kick things off, then do weekly Office Hours to let people ask questions and get more help, then have training videos available to them at any time for common training needs.

You add credits when you set the price for your packages. Then how much use that credit buys them depends on the markup you put on the email, sms, etc.

I like the “5 F framework” does your program teach re-selling with this in mind solely? Mainly for me I don’t want to be like everyone else and want a unique approach

Thanks for watching and good questions! 1. You can pretty much do anything with the UI navigation, but it takes someone that understand at least a little bit of code. I know it’s quite easy and affordable to have someone do it. 2. No it would be your logo. 3. I would stick to one $497 account and choose a name for your app that is general enough to apply to any niche. But you will create custom snapshots for each niche so the actual marketing materials they are using will be specific to their niche. Hope that makes sense! Mike

That’s a good question and I’m really not sure of the answer to be honest. I’d ask the founder Mike if he has any case studies he could point to that would help you. It’s not obvious to me that it’s a great fit.

Technically yes

Not really. Yes it is a platform that you technically don’t own, but earned/owned asset (i.e. your list) isn’t owned by GHL. It’s different than, say, FB or instagram. You can have a bazillion followers on those platforms and one day they can shut you down without warning and you have no real way to reach each of those followers. In contrast, if you build a pipeline in GHL, that list of people belongs to you. So if GHL goes away for some reason, you still have that list of prospects/customers that you can take with you to another platform.

GHL is rented ground. Yes, you own your list but if your business model is based on HL, i.e an agency, then you have your whole business dependant on rented ground. Even if you have your list, if you lose HL access or functionality then your business is gone. If you want a real asset you need to build with your own infrastructure and control it yourself, otherwise there is risk, no matter how small you consider it.

Yes, technically it is since you don’t own the platform. You have to evaluate the risks, of course. In my evaluation, there is no alternative to HighLevel that gives you the advantages it does, so you need to pounce on it. Could they at some point raise prices on us? Sure, but it would have to be dramatic to make a significant impact on the ROI of our business. That would, of course, also invite serious competitors and give us more alternatives.

Thanks for watching and great questions! To find an MSP that’s a good fit, I’d start with some good old Google searches and look for agencies that serve your particular industry. You could also share your contact info with members of the HoghLevel community, but you’d likely get bombarded with sales pitches - not sure you want that. No, there are no downsides to working with someone that offers a white-label. HighLevel isn’t meant to be sold directly to small businesses - they want the Agency with white label to have the relationship with you. So you’ll be in good hands! Let me know if any other questions!
